Hello @grskywalker and a warm welcome.  To change that setting in the Weather app, tap on your Profile picture > Versa > Apps > Scroll to the Weather app > Settings > Units > change the Units to Fahrenheit.

 

From time to time, my weather app changes my units by itself.  I don't have an explanation for this behavior.
