I got my versa last week. I set it up using my Amazon account, but I want to change it to our prime account. How can I so this?

Do you use any other types of Amazon apps on your phone? If so go into them and log out, also go to the amazon.com website using your phones browser and log out from there too, then go into the browser settings and clear cookies. Go back into the fitbit app, log out of the Amazon tile and try the process again.

Hi @Wp44, welcome to the community.
Open the fitbit app on your phone, make sure the today tab is selected - tap your profile picture (top left corner) - tap on Versa 2 - tap on the Amazon Alexa tab - tap logout. You should now be able to log back in again using your other Amazon account.

Strange, I just tried it on mine and it brought up the sign in page. Are you using Android or iOS? If you are using Android I would suggest logging out of the Alexa tile and then going into your phone settings and clearing the cache for the Fitbit app, then try the process again. If you are using iOS I would recommend logging out of the Alexa tile and then logging out of your Fitbit account, log back in and see if it prompts the Amazon sign in screen then.
Let me know if any of those help, as I've got another suggestion if it doesn't.
