Is it possible to change the battery % that triggers the alert that is sent?

Hi, do not ever let your battery % get down to 10%, cause you're risking that your battery will be totally down the next day. My advice is: when you get an email from Fitbit that your battery is low, charge it ASAP. I do that all the time and I have a battery life of 5+ days ever since I have my Versa.

It's not possible at the moment but I found the following feature suggestion that you may like to vote for:

Thanks.

What does voting for an idea do?

The product development teams at fitbit are kept up to date with the feature suggestions we create and vote for in the community. The more votes an idea gets, the more likely they are to make it happen (if they can).

Currently the low battery notification comes at 30% and shows up on the tracker and through email/text after the next sync. This gives the user at least a days notice.

Yes, I am aware of that.

Though it occurs less than other battery types, the lithium phosphate batteries in fitbit watches do have a memory effect.

Thus I want to periodically let the charge get to about 10% before recharging.

BTW @fixit7  the Versa and Versa lite have .Lithium-Ion Polymerbattery

Like other lithium-Ion batteries it is best to not let it drop much below 30% or charge above 90%
