I have Samsung S7 and a versa Fitbit. Although l have set up my Fitbit account using the primary email account on my phone within the Fitbit app my notifications email is listed as gmail and not my primary email account. I have tried changing this on the website Fitbit.com,but l am informed that this account already exists. This is totally frustrating. I have also tried disabling notifications, syncing and enabling again but this has not worked either.

Let me help you with your Fitbit account email. You most likely created a new account with your gmail address. You will need to log out from your account and log back in with the correct email address and password. Once you are logged into the correct account you can setup your Versa lite there. You can delete the other account following these instructions.
