Hello. I was wondering, how di I change the setting so the distances on my watch (and app) are shown in KMs instead of miles?

Go to Fitbit.com Dashboard and click on the gear icon at  upper right  and then on Settings.  Scroll down to "Units", make your changes and scroll on down to Submit and then sync your tracker.
