Hi, did you do a Factory Reset before handing it over to your husband? Settings - Device Info - Scroll down to Factory reset and press it. After that your Versa will be essentially a new - in the box state - watch which needs to be setup withing the Fitbit app of your HB. Regards kuzibri

You might want to try reinstalling the app, go to settings, remove device from your account. Go to bluetooth, forget device. Then uninstall app if you wish. Have DH go into his app settings, and add the Versa, If it was working perfectly, not sure I'd do full reset. At midnight all data resets anyway.

Hi @Jeanne53 , as I told in my earlier post, after a Factory Reset, there is noting on the watch anymore as it is a new -still in the box - watch which needs to be setup from scratch like you just bought it. So, if have performed a FR and gave the Versa to your HB, he will need to setup the Versa within his Fitbit app as a new device. Regards kuzibri
