I've read through the forums and my clock face is showing my steps at 0 even though at this point I have over 8,000 steps.  I changed to each clock face that says "by Fitbit" and it is still showing zero.  Please help!

Hi, this is strange that even Fitbit's own Clock Faces does not show your steps. Besides form advicing to restart your Versa everal times to solve the problem, I would advice to install a Third Party Clock Face, which is called "Minimal Style". It does what the name says and it's only 12 kB in size, so very battery friendly. On the dashoard of your Fitbit App, press the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side. This will open the site that shows you the tiles of Clock Faces, Apps, etc. Press Clock Faces and you get the page with "My Clock" and "All clocks". Press the last one and you'll get the page that is showing you all the CF that are avalaible for the Versa. Go to the search bar and press the seach icon, after which you will see a new screen with a search bar. Press on the left side directly next to the search icon and type "Minimal Style". This will show you this clock face on top of the left side of the list. Press it and choose install it. This clock face, which I use for months now, is highly customizable. Whenever you decide to install this face, which I would highly recommend, wait for a few secs after the installation has finished and you will get a new/fresh page showing "Settings" and "Permissions". Press the last one and make sure all items are enabled. Go back by pressing the back button and go to settings and choose whatever your liking is. I customized it in this way:

1. On top of the screen only day and date and no dividing lines between date and stats.

2, In the middle only the digital time

3. On the bottom of the screen only steps. By pressing on the steps you can scroll through all the other stats, except HR and Battery, cause normally they are shown on the bottom, but I choose to not dispaly them by adjusting the colour schemes of these data (set them to black).

However this is indeed a minimal CF, once you have installed it and customized it to your liking, you are going to love it. Since I use this CF, my Versa lasts 5 to 6 days on one charge, depending of usage and workouts.

Thank you so much for this detailed information.  I did as you indicated and I do like this clock face and it is showing my steps . . . yay!!!!  Also, I like that the charge will last 5 to 6 days versus the 3 to 4 days that it currently lasts!! This was my first time using the forum and I really appreciate your help!!

Hi, besides showing your steps, press on the steps and you will scroll thought all your other stats, like distance, active minutes, calories, and stairs!!

BTW, I use this clock face for months now and never have the intention to change it to another one. It's just plain simple, yet advanced enough to show what you need and it's "quiet" for the eyes. Smiley Happy
