Changing shortcuts to the right buttons

Hi.

My wifes Fitbit versa back button will not work I've tryed everything. It's out of warranty and is unusable without the back button. Is it possible to set one of the right hand buttons to act as the back button? This would cure the problem.

@Zantepanther Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Thanks for letting me know that you would like to change the left button shortcut to one of the buttons in the right. 

 

It's not possible to set shortcuts using the right buttons. If you would like, I could create a case on your behalf with our team and they will check your warranty options.
