@Lynn_Black What happens when you open the Settings app on your Versa and tap on the Brightness field? You should be able to switch between Normal, Dim and Max. You can achieve the same using Quick Settings menu. Just swipe down on the screen and tap the first icon on the right (next to the Wallet) to access Quick Settings. Tap the yellow Sun icon until desired brightness. If for some reason the tracker is not responsive, try rebooting it several times as described here.

one more suggestion, @Lynn_Black - swipe down from the clock face to check the quick settings. Make sure it was not changed inadvertently to Sleep Mode. The moon is the sleep mode icon.
