One morning I got up at 5 AM to workout, power went out at gym so I came back home and laid back down for an hour. Is there a way that I can adjust my sleep time back to 5 AM? It throws my sleep tracking numbers off. Thank You.

You simply have to tap the Edit pencil to the top right of the affected Sleep screen.
Fitbit combines the sleep periods in the day summary.
