When I try to change the watch face from my phone , it keeps on hanging forever until I kill the task or reboot the watch and change it from the watch itself. In most cases I think the watch requires new software update with arabic language of course in order to read arabic notification.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
Finally, try changing the clock face again and see if gets installed properly.
