Changing watch face on my Versa takes forever

When I try to change the watch face from my phone , it keeps on hanging forever until I kill the task or reboot the watch and change it from the watch itself. In most cases I think the watch requires new software update with arabic language of course in order to read arabic notification.

Hi @BassemA, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it doesn't load the watch face you want to install. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive). 
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons. 
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Also, make sure to install the most recent firmware update. Follow the steps listed in this help article in order to learn how to update the firmware

Finally, try changing the clock face again and see if gets installed properly.
