Hi,

I'm very new to versa and cant find out how to change the wifi network?

Fitbit's instructions are:

From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon () > your watch tile.
Tap or click Wi-Fi Settings. Wait a moment for the list of networks to appear.
Tap or click the network name and then tap Connect.

It doesn't have WiFi Settings. This simply isn't an option and can't be found in any other settings. Any ideas?

I'm not sure if things have changed or I just copied the wrong bit of the help file but here's what works for me on my Versa:

go to the account section of the app (if you are on the new app design select your profile picture at the top left; if you are on the old design select the "ID card" at the top right)
select your versa from the device list
scroll down to where you see Wi-Fi settings

Things have changed there is no option for Wi-Fi settings in the dashboard
