Charge 3 no longer no longer showing data in app

Is this a device problem? Or is it a data problem? I'm clueless with this stuff. Help!

Hi @Aubiegal, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the missing data issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and app and see if it shows your data properly.
