I have had my Versa 2 for only 6 months and I am finding that every time I put it on charge, I have to hold it in place in the clip either by squeezing the clip together or pressing the watch against the clip. Sometimes I am lucky to get it in the right place and I can leave it but that is rare.
I have cleaned the device and looked online for some other help.. any ideas?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that solution was provided and you are getting a replacement charger.
