In the add it mentions 4 days of it being charged only my fitbit was 100% charged this morning and it now at 24% why isnt it staying charged even for a full day?

You dont say what you have been doing with the Versa. If you used GPS to track an activity, then using that muchbpower wouldnt be unreasonable, but if you didnt do that then turn off all day sync if you have it on, fully charge it and restart your Versa several times and see if that improves the battery life. If you still have problem Id suggest you return it to the store you bought it or contact Support (link in my signature )

Fast draining is usually a result of:

- music transfer from PC to watch over WLAN

- Firmware updates over WLAN (bluetooth)

- display always ON

- connected GPS

- 24h, permanent connection,... settings in the phone app

- messages switched ON and many messages

- many notifications enabled

- some none Fitbit watch faces which update their infos in seconds

- defects

- also turning it OFF or a reset might help:

If I only sync once a day, have messages OFF and all the above in mind, I get 4-5 days. Hope this helps ...
