I refer to "Jessica 121126" issue because I have the same problem as she, an there seems to be very many more out there with the same issue that the Fitbit logo is stucked to the screen and the watch is useless and can´t be restarted. I have gone through all the suggested procedures but the problem is not solved anyway.
I want to claim the watch but as I have understood it I need to go through the chat or support first. But this is via TWITTER and I don´t have TWITTER, so how shall I do to come in contact with Fitbit?

Hi @Jens747 Try THIS Link. There should be more options than just twitter. If not, try it again at a different time of day (the options vary depending on what is available at the time)
