Choosing stats to display on device under fitbit today

I have a replacement versa lite, on my first device, when i would swipe up to see my stats, i could choose up to 7 stats to display. 

 

on the new device, when i swipe up and go to “settings” it only allows me to choose core stats, hourly steps and heart rate. it still says choose up to 7 to display, but only shows me these 3 options. 

 

at the advice of tech support, i restarted service and then synced 3 times but that didn’t help. 

 

has anyone figured out a way to fix this?

Hi, maybe the Today app needs to be updated. Go to Apps - My apps and on top of the screen you see the Today app. If there is a settings icon on the right side of it, press that and update the App. If there is not settings icon, put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC and leave it there for 2-3 hours so the update of the Today app after setting up your Versa can be finished. Let me know how it goes!!

Updating the Today App did not work for me, so I'm leaving it in the charger now. Fingers crossed. Thank you!

How do you update the *Today* app on the versa?  When I go into Apps - My apps and see the Today app and tap on it it shows *installed* to the right but the word installed is not lit up and it does not give me any option to update it.  My problem is that there are only 3 core stats showing on my versa tracker and it is not giving me option to select anymore, we are supposed to be able to select up to 7.  My sleep is not auto detecting either.  Help!

These are just very common experiences for users that seem to go unanswered
or unresolved. I purchased mine in March 2019 and I’m on my third watch
face as the heart rate monitor contribues to be unreliable for large parts
of the day. It used to not track my sleep, however that seems to have
solved itself. Just little glitches here and there. Overall, it’s fine. It
was under $300. But not a perfect product by any means, and at times very
frustrating (both the watch and the support staff)
