Circles around goals are not closing or are and shouldn't be.

 My step goal for the day Is 10,000 and my miles goal for the day is 4. Why is it closing when its under my goal and staying open when it's over. I tried to talk to someone on chat and they basically told me I was looking at the wrong days and that my goals were set wrong a didn't help. So I am hoping someone can help me here. 

I've uninstalled the and reinstalled the app.

I've un synced and re synced my fitbit to the app.

I've reset my fitbit.

I made sure there were no software updates.

I'm not sure what to do next!  Please help!

@Marslynn17   I see that you are also part of another thread about this issue.  A question.  Is this error only on your phone app (it looks like the Android display)  or does this happen to the circles on your Versa, too?
