Cleaning Versa Watch Face

I received this awesome watch as a Christmas present and just wondering how to clean the watch face itself.  Can I clean it with a lens cleaning wipe or what is the best recommended way to clean it.

I usually rub mine on my T shirt (though I am sure it is not recommended), but if it gets really dirty I use lens cleaner spray amd a lens wipe.
