Settings do not work - Clock Face option doesn't work among other options. I cannot change clock face as suggested in previous recommendations. Watch is fully charged. It seems the iPhone app is also not showing me settings or clock faces. I do not have this watch very long....

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and then troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:

To answer your questions:
I have the Apple iPhone 5s
The first time I had this problem was the date I wrote this email.
My Versa 2 is back...
1) I first recharged Versa 2
(even though it was fully charged and suddenly went blank while talking with Fitbit Tech)
2) I deleted Fitbit App on iPhone
3) I rebooted iPhone
4) I downloaded the Fitbit App from the App Store
5) I rebooted the iPhone again
6) I turned off Bluetooth and restarted it again (seen the Versa 2 connected)
7) Started the Fitbit app and followed the prompts. All seems to be working correctly again as of this writing.
