Clock Face with Seconds Hand

Versa users: I am interested in getting the Fitbit Versa, but my question is, is there a clock face that has the hours, minutes, and seconds hand? Or any clock face that shows seconds. I am a Medical Assistant and I need to count vital signs, I do not want to have to use a stop watch on the watch. Thank you!

Yes, there are.  In addition to third party faces, I can see that there are three fitbit clock faces with the hour, minutes, and second hands, and one (Chronograph) that seems to count seconds in a circle.

Basic (disintegrated), Ultra, One, Surge (returned), Flex, Charge, Alta, Charge 2, iPhone 7 Plus, Macbook Pro, iPad Pro.
