Hello there,
my chosen clock layout has suddenly disappeared from my clock. I wasn't using the app at the time so it wasn't my doing. I also can't see this clock Design in the app anymore. Could it be a sign that the layout was withdrawn from the app?
There are not a lot of layouts to chose from right now, is that a sign that fitbit isn't working on the versa 3 any more?
Now I've picked a different clock design, which unfortunately doesn't include the battery status. Since then neither app, nor email notifications about low battery appear anymore. So my versa 3 keeps switching off. Super annoying. Does anyone know what's happening?

Hi @Atwoki - Clocks can auto update if the app is syncing in background and so it can work differently. You can always contact the developer from the Gallery tile.
If you live in the EEA Google now limits you to download Fitbit only stuff in the Gallery
If your watch keeps switching off it may have a fault (especially if it was near water) or the clock face has a fault.
You can always see battery level by swiping right to get to Quick Settings (at the top). Many clock faces show this directly on the display.
Some even warn you, I use SimpleClockPro to have access to that important metric and to get the warnings.
