Clock face doesn't get installed on my Versa 2 properly

How do I get a new clock face to stay. It keeps reverting back to another one?

There may be a problem with that face or never completely finished loading.

Try another face to see if the problem continues.

@kimtucker Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the issue that your Versa 2 has experienced with the clock face, @Guy_, is correct.

I would like to know if the clock face is developed by Fitbit or a third party developer. In the meantime, restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, try setting up the clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I need to delete the clock face for SpO2! It’s draining my battery daily!
