Clock face only showing date and time

I have just had my versa 2 repaired the mainboard, LCD, digitiser and case replaced.  My phone and account are syncing with my watch but the clock face will only show time and date. Have tried to resolve myself, with no luck, eventually did a live chat with fit bit, their suggestions also failed, then I was advised it was a Fitbit issue and their teams were working on it.  Anyone else been advised or aware of this 🤔

My versa is doing the same thing, after installing the latest update last Friday

Hi, on the off chance you have Always On Display enabled, try a pull down from the top of the watch, as if to see notifications, then pull down again and click on the 2 white bars to get to Quick Settings and make sure the Clock icon is greyed out.

Hi @Caggsy - Are you able to change clock face in the Fitbit App, Clocks tile, or on the watch by swipe left till you get the Clocks app if you already have secondary clock faces installed?

But you could try turn Always On Display and see if if makes a difference and then turning it off again.

Sometimes they indicators get out of sync with what is happening.

Try and post a photo of the display that its stuck on.
