Clock face settings in the Fitbit app are not updating on my Versa.

 

I just tried to update the clock face settings on my Fitbit app and the changes are not syncing to my versa 2. My husband has a brand new versa 2 and is having the same issue. I’ve tried it with five different clocks and it won’t work for any of them.

 

Ive tried restarting my Fitbit, restarting my iPhone, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on my phone and so far nothing has worked. 

not sure what to do next.
