would someone who can, please fix it so we can change my clock face because when I try to do it the activity wheel just keeps going round 'N round.....I'm trying to get the "Business" clock face back since the one I tested keeps staying on & I don't care for it, so Please Mr Moderator, HELP me, text me, call me or just delve into my little watch & create it so I can once again change the clock face cuz it's driving me mad.....😫

Hi @SenecaBabe, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.
I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not changing the clock face you want to install. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I would like to know if the clock face you want to install is from a third party developer. In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page and make sure to follow the steps listed when trying to change the clock face.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

yeah, I've tried all the methods stated & have restarted so many times it's ridiculous, SO NOW, Would Someone at Fitbit Help me for real please--You have my permission to go into the watch & replace the clock face with the 'Business' choice from the Fitbit group which as far as I can tell is not an outside design but created by Fitbit.....Please help me change the current clock face as this one keeps turning on & flipping through the screens & it's maddening..….😩

just to let you & everybody else who may have had the issue of being unable to change their clock face & after several failed attempts 🤕 of trying to change the clock face to the one I preferred, I spoke with Author Steve H & he referred me to Customer Service. After speaking with a sweet lady there, we determined that my phone was way too old to handle the latest update to the app, so I went & bought a new phone & now everything works great....😄 so remember, it might be your old phone....🤔
