I've been trying to download a new clock face. On the App at first it shows that it's downloaded, but it won't show up on the FitBit Versa2. When I attempt to re download it, it just goes round and round on the app, but won't sync it with the Fitbit.
I've restarted/rebooted/re-downloaded everything. Nothing worked.
Please help

Regarding the clock face that couldn't be downloaded on your Fitbit Versa, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are now back on track.
