Fitbit Update: 6/15
Our team has put out a fix for this issue on 6/15/18. All of you iOS users using iOS 9 & 10 should be able to see the app gallery and clock faces once again in the Fitbit app!
Those other few of you that are on iOS 12 beta, might still have issues since you're running the beta version. Apple is aware of issues on this beta and hopefully, they can resolve it soon.
Thanks for hanging tight!

I'm having the same issue with the Clock Faces and Apps portion, everything else seems to be working fine.
iPhone 6
OS 10.3.3
Fitibit App 32.10.15
BTW this is a brand new Versa that I received 6/12/2018. It replaced my first Versa which stopped working suddenly 2 weeks ago.

I’m having issues with the clock facesas well. Today I went to change the clock face picked one with a cat. After awhile the Fitbit device changed to use that clock face. I decided i wasn’t crazy about the cat face so I attempted to go back to my original clock face .. now the app won’t load getting message “clock error”.
I have turned phone and Fitbit off/on same problem.
Version of Fitbit 2.5,
Apple iOSO version 11.4 . iPhone 8 Plus
Thanks for your help.

For everyone who is on IOS 10, there is a newer version. In fact I think there are two newer versions. I'm running 11.4. I think your problem will be fixed if you update to the newest version Settings--General--Software Update and follow the directions. I am not sure if an iPhone 5 will support the latest IOS. My phone s a 7 Plus.

Updating to the latest iOS is NOT a viable solution.

Yeah, I agree. I choose not to update because iPhone 6s won't' function properly if it's running the newest version of ios. Fitbit must have an app that runs properly on various ios version. I'm not "ruining" my phone for a fitness tracker otherwise I'm returning it. Just saying, I know Fitbit's IT department is working hard on this. Just sit tight guys.

I really do not want to upgrade iOS. I have a number of apps I like that will no longer run under 11.x. Is there any way to obtain the prior version of the FitBit app. I'd certainly prefer that!

Same problem on iPad 4,version 10.3.3. Cannot use clockface app or get into apps. Blank screen comes up. Version 11 is not available for iPad 4. So now what ??? Is someone actively addressing this issue at Fitbit IT or did we just spend $300 on a Versa that cannot display screens? Would really like to getareliable response so I can return this Versa if software will not again be accommodating iPad version 10.3.3 any longer.

Try to reset it. Hold the left button and the lower right buttons together.
Wait until you see the Fitbit logo. This process resets the versa so
hopefully you'll get your clock face and other stuff back

App works normally except - says my Clock is "undefined" and Pick a Clock. No other options appear.
Apps do not appear, only blank page.
