Clock faces won't download and some won't be deleted on Versa Lite

hello from a very old Fitbit user. I’m in the process of downloading a clock face, which is taking FOREVER. Secondly, I’ve deleted a clock face, and it’s still showing on the Fitbit. I can’t even download another clock face, since the fist one is not downloading. I need an answer from you ASAP.

Hello @ThirteenBooks, thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the difficulties you are having when downloading and deleting clock faces on your Versa Lite, I'll be glad to help you.

Please note that on your Versa Lite, you can save up to 5 clock faces to switch between them:

  • When you select a new clock face, it’s automatically saved unless you already have 5 saved clock faces.
    • To save a new clock face when you already have 5 saved clock faces, remove a saved clock face before switching to the new one. If you switch to the new clock face without first removing a saved clock face, you'll see it on your watch, but it won't be added to your saved clock faces.
  • To see your saved clock faces from your watch, open the Clocks app and swipe to find the clock face you want to use. Tap to select it.
  • To see your saved clock faces in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Clock Faces. You see your saved clock faces in My Clock Faces
    • To remove a clock face, tap the clock face > Remove Clock Face.
    • To switch to a saved clock face, tap the clock face > Select.

Also, note that many clock faces also require access to certain stats or other information. Note that turning off any of these permissions might cause the clock face to stop functioning. To adjust what a clock face has access to, tap the installed clock face > See all details > Permissions.

If after taking the above in consideration you continue having trouble to switch your clock faces, try the following steps:

  1. Make sure Fitbit app  and Versa Lite version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa Lite
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app, as well as in the gallery choose the same clock face. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.
