Closed my claim after a week

My Versa 2 stopped working and I followed all of the procedures. My Fitbit was out of warranty but they were great about giving me a discount on a new one and I had 30 days to use it.  I finally made up my mind and when I tried to use the code it wasn't valid.  I contacted Fitbit and they said they hadn't heard from me in a while (a week) so they closed my claim.  I would really like to use my discount! Suggestions?

will they give you another code to use since you want to purchase one.  Cmon Fitbit support. Can you help?

I contacted Fitbit and they reopened my code so I was able to purchase my
Fitbit today. Yay!
