Coach not accessible on versa watch

When i try to access coach on the versa watch to select on screen workouts, it will no linger let me. I do not have a fitbit premium sub but I have always been able to select a few on screen workout videos that were built in. No phone required to access this. How can I fix?

Welcome to the Forums @Gwynbleidd.

 

It sounds like it could be an issue with the software itself. 

 

I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In that case I'd recommend that you try to restart your Versa. That should fix any bugs that could be causing this to happen. 

 

I'd also like to ask you some questions:

  • When did this start happening?
  • Exactly what happens when you try to open Fitbit Coach? Please be as descriptive as possible.
  • Are you running the latest firmware? Please do check if there is an update available for you, click here to read more about it.
