Argh!  It was charged yesterday. Completely stopped overnight. I’ve done the three button reset. It’s says battery 0%. It’s been on the charger for 1/2 hour. STILL says zero, but only when I push the three buttons. I did notice that yesterday the screen seemed dimmer.

If the Factory Reset is not working, time to contact Customer Support.
