Condensation in my Versa's screen

I took a bath and my versa screen went dark blue. I thought it was dead so I charged it. Woke up to condensation in the sensor window. Help.

Hi @LEASEKA, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the condensation issue that the screen of your Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try putting your watch in a bowl of dry rice during 24 hours. After this, restart it as described in this help article. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
