Condensation in sensors

Hi Fitbit, I read a post that sounds exactly like what has happened to my watch, never been submerged in water and it just completely stopped working. I thought the battery may have been dead so I put it on the charger and no change has happened it seems to look  like the sensors have condensation behind them. Please help!
