I have had my Versa 2 for over a year and showered daily with it on but suddenly this morning it stopped working and will not respond in any way. I cannot restart it as the fitbit logo will not appear and it won't respond to the charging dock either. There is condensation in the HR boxes at the back of the fitbit. I don't understand how this has happened from showering when the Versa 2 is meant to be waterproof. How can I get in contact with Fitbit to repair this?
