Hi there! I am experiencing a problem I know others have had with my Fitbit Versa. It was sufficiently charged and all of a sudden was just a black screen. I tried to charge it with 2 different chargers, and both of them did not work. I have also tried to restart it many times using all of the methods but the screen remains black. I have noticed that when I charge it condensation appears on the back under the sensors. What else do I need to do?
