Connect Fitbit Versa with my new phone

i want to connect my Fitbit Versa with my new phone samsung s7. Thuis doesn't work.... can anybody help? Thnx

Do you still have your old phone? If so, check the phone's bluetooth settings and make sure there isn't a link to the fitbit as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

The problem with my old phone is that the touchscreen doesn't work
anymore...so i can 't disconnect my fitbit

If you able to turn the phone off though then that shouldn't be the problem (or remove battery if necessary)

I can't turn the phone off...i also need the touchscreen for that

Ok, just remove the battery in that case

It's also a Samsung ... i can't remove the battery... i will wait untill
the battery is dead... now i have still 20% left.
