Every time I try to use Spotify on my versa 2, it works until I turn on my Bluetooth headphones and then it disconnects and it gives me the message to open Spotify and it will connect. It doesn’t happen if I play Spotify through my google home - only when I connect to Bluetooth headphones. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi hello @Kimberlyj28, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Spotify app for Versa is only a Spotify control app which means you will be able to control the music played on Spotify on your phone. There is no way on downloading Spotify playlists on your Versa and leaving your phone behind. You can always connect the headphones to your Versa and download your music (mp3). Please see the following help article - How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?
For connecting the earbuds, please see this post.
Let me know if there's anything else I may do to help you.

Hello,
I know the Spotify app is a remote - my issue is that if I open the Spotify app on my versa, and then I connect my headphones to my phone to listen to Spotify, it kicks me out of Spotify on my versa. I get a message that I need to open the app on my phone to connect it. Even when it is already open on my phone.
