Connect issues between my Versa Lite and phone

My app keeps losing the connection with my Fitbit lite, I try to pair it and it wont work at all now. I went to bluetooth and unpaired it, then tried to do it again and now it can't find the device, I really need this fixed as I dont want to lose all the info in there.
