Struggling to connect my fitbit versa to my vitality account. Can anyone help??

Hi, unfortunately this is not supported (yet) by Fitbit. I would suggest to post your request in the Feature Suggestions Board as this is especially created for these kind of questions. click the link and you will be directed to this Board. On top of the screen you'll see "Make a new suggestion" , press that and enter your post.

@Dannyc84  Thank you for your inquiry. The link is between accounts. According to instructions found from PowerOfVitality:

 

If you have a Fitbit, manually connect your account by going to Get
Healthy > Fitness and Exercise > Fitness Devices > Fitbit Activity Tracker >
Step 2: Link Your Account. Once you have linked your account, your
workouts will automatically transfer to Vitality. Workouts are not
retroactively awarded, so we recommend linking your Fitbit account to
Vitality the same day you create it.
 
There are other instructions from Vitality.co.UK that you can check here.

The vitality app does not show in Fitbit app and Fitbit app does not show in vitality app. It was connected and now not available.
