Connected GPS - Just give us our money back

I've had the watch for 7 months now. The first couple months it worked pretty well, a mistracked run here or there but usually it was because I did something dumb like leave wifi connected or power saving mode on.

 

Now? I should have returned it when I had the chance. The "smart wake" feature, which I loved at first, has just completely stopped working. I could be up and moving for 30 minutes and it still won't go off.

 

The real issue is the connected GPS though. I bought this watch mainly because I wanted to start running again and based on the reviews and marketed features this looked like a great match. Like I said, now it's just useless. It usually tracks the route correctly, but the distance and pace are just completely off. The past month it has consistently been off 25-35%, but never in the same direction. Sometimes I'm at an 11:30 pace, other times I'm supposedly breaking 7 minutes. And I don't want to hear any of the BS excuses like " make sure your fitbit app is up to date", "factory reset your watch", "turn your auto-stride off", and the countless others. Trust me, I've read the suggestions to the hundreds of other people who have the same issues, and none of it works.

 

Just admit it's a faulty product/program, you don't know how to fix it, and give us our money back so we can go buy a Samsung, Garmin, Apple Watch, or literally any other connected GPS smart watch because no other company seems to have an issue with this.
