I've been getting the notification that connected gps is running and bluetooth is disconnecte . I have bluetooth turned on, versa is showing on my connected devices. Also, when I try to sync it rarely can find my versa. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, factory reset the versa, etc... none of that had helped so far

Yesterday I had posted that in could not get the app to recognize the device. I spent entirely too long trying to do yet another factory reset. The fitbit kept showing a red x even though it was sitting right next to my phone and connected to my home wifi. After a few hours and getting it set up it seemed to be working ok-ish. Today when I got up I checked the numbers on the device before using the elliptical and its showing a negative step count

Hi @Cajennings71 - Have you tried restarting your Versa? Please try that a couple times then let us know if it helps. If it does not, let us know which Versa you have and which phone you have. Also verify that the Fitbit app and OS have both been upgraded to the latest versions. With this info, I’d be happy to work with you to trouble shoot the problems.
FYI, the Back button is the button at the left.

I've restarted, factory reset, restarted, have done so several time within the last couple of days. I have a Note 9 and Versa (original?)
These problems started a couple days ago and have been completely unable to get this thing to work properly. Still a very unreliable connection to the app.

Thanks for the information, @Cajennings71 . At this point, I suggest you contact Support. Please be patient with them. These are not ordinary times.
