Connecting Versa 2 to Wi-Fi at work

I bought a Versa 2 to use for work, mostly so I can set alarms and reminders through the day. My school Wi-Fi login requires a username and password, but when I try to set up the Versa it only asks for a password then can't connect. How do I connect?

Hello @cornflake_girl and a warm welcome.  This help article explains the wi-fi requirements. How do I connect my Fitbit watch to wi-fi?   You should check with your school's IT Help center.

 

You don't need wi-fi for daily use.  Your stats sync to your phone by Bluetooth.  Alarms and reminders are set on the Versa 2 itself (or on the app, depending on what you are setting up).  They don't require wi-fi.
