Connecting Versa 2 to a not supported Tablet

Hi all, I have a Lenovo Tablet P10 64 gB, which is not supported by Fitbit al this moment. Yet, I was able the install my Versa 2 on it and syncing works like it should. Furthermore, I use a Third Party Clock Face and, on the contrary to my mobile device the Oppo Reno 2, the Lenovo saves all the changes I made to the original CF. Whilst the Oppo always reverted the CF to it's default settings after f.i. charging, etc, the Lenovo saves and keeps the changes I have made to the DL Third Party Clock Face, which was normal when I used the Versa 1 with the same CF for more than one year without any problem. Keep you all posted if the Lenovo is keep doing what's it's doing now or if it's just a coincidence. For now, now problems at all. Regards kuzibri

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and personal experience with both non-compatible mobile devices. Keep in mind that even though a mobile device is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, this doesn't mean that your Fitbit device will not work at all with it. However, because such mobile devices are not listed, we cannot ensure that all your Versa 2 features will properly work as designed.

Hi @RicardoFitbit , many thanks for your compliment. Untill now everything works fine. The problem I had with the Oppo Reno 2 (not saving altered settings of DL Clock Faces) is now solved. I can change the settings of my favorite Clock Face (Minimal Style)  and it's saved and keeps saved. So a big improvement. And yes, I always seek for the bounderies what's possible or not, just a hobby of me ever since I joined the XDA forum for Smartphones (see this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch/fitbit-watches/fitbit-versa-2-t3967245). When the results are positive, I share them with the other users. Regards and thanks again, kuzibri
