Hi,

 

i’m trying to set up my Versa already several days. And i get pairing come from Versa - but it always keep connecting with Fitbit, after i have given the number to the phone. I have already 3 times deleted the app and started again. I have also ready my Fitbit again. Dont know what to do anymore. The phone just keep saying that to start download the app. Yep.

 

please help, thanks

Here is a copy of the Versa manual, it answers a lot of questions.
You might me just missing one important step when setting it up.
