Connecting to computer to add personal music

I have the desktop app already. Plug in my versa 2 to the computer and try to connect it to download personal music onto the watch. I set the watch network to the same as my computers, and went to the music app on the watch and hit 'transfer music'. It says connecting for a few seconds, then to start using my computer to start transferring said music, but my computer is unable to detect the device and just gives me troubleshooting tips that I've already used and applied. 

 

Please help!

I can't edit my post? 

Additional information - I have spotify and a free subscription of Deezer. Favourated 4 songs and have a bunch of recommended playlists as well that the media app says is 43% of my personal storage, but nothing happens when I sync the watch. It continually says that there's no music on deezer no matter what I do.
