Connecting to my LG G6

Hi! 

I have been keeping a close eye on the compatibility list to see when the LG G6 will work with my fit bit. Well finally the phone came up on the list, I have 2 different Versas and neither of them can be connected to my phone. I have tried the recommended steps to get the connection but it always fails. 

Please help!

Does your phone have Android 7.0 OS or greater and do you have the latest version of the App?

Yes! My phone is over a 7.0 and I even deleted the app and reinstalled it
to make sure it was updated

Try a Restart first and do it several times if necessary.  If that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.
