Navigating the computer, the phone app and the watch is ridiculous. The computer won't recognize the watch even though the online dashboard does, the phone syncs with the watch but the account information is not the same. Apparently, I have to connect the watch to wi-fi which is nowhere to be found, no device has any information on how to get the watch connected with wi-fi, I followed all online instructions but there is no link for me to connect it directly. Turn on bluetooth, turn off bluetooth. I hooked the watch directly into the computer and turned off phone bluetooth and I still can't find any place to connect the watch to wi-fi. Getting music I assume is another pain...

Hi, if you want to connect your Versa to WiFi, you have to do the following:
1. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer.
2. For certainty, connect your phone also to your computer
3. Go to the Fitbit app on your phone and go to WiFi settings
4. Press WiFi settings and you will see the page with the name of your Home network.
5. Right next to it you will see the WiFi icon which is white.
6. Press that icon and Fitbit will start making the connection to you network
7. Once that's done, the icon turns to blue and says connected
8. To check if your Versa is also connected to WiFi, go to the setting on your Versa and press it, scroll down to Device Info and press that too. If you see an IP address there, your Versa is connected to the WiFi network.
