Connection Issues - Windows 10 Laptop / Oppo A73

Spoiler
Hi all, has anyone else been experiencing syncing & connection issues with the Versa?

My devices (Oppo A73 & Windows 10 laptop) will not connect to my Versa in set-up mode; after following all set-up & troubleshooting instructions.

Recently my Versa has been having syncing issues with Bluetooth, which I've never experienced. After 1 week of my device not syncing I followed all instructions provided by Fitbit online to fix the problem, however, once I removed the Versa from the app nor my phone or laptop will connect to my Fitbit leaving me with weeks worth of data lost & a pretty much useless watch.

How do I go about connecting it back to my laptop or phone?

* When syncing to my laptop I get the message "Your Fitbit is busy communicating to another device"
* When syncing to my photo I get the message "Bluetooth Issues. If you see this message for the first time press cancel.."

@SunsetRunner Try reconnecting with your phone first. Make sure your PC Bluetooth is off as it may interfere:

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
  3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair in your phone's bluetooth settings
  4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  5. Login to Fitbit mobile app and set up Versa again

Additional tips if sync issues persist: If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure Always Connected and All day sync are enabled, and that Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android (Android Settings>Battery>Optimization).
