Connection quality issues listening to music

Anyone have connection quality issues listening to music from Versa to Bluetooth headphones.

I find it very crackly and sounds as if it keeps losing connection every couple hundredths of second. Makes listening to music awful. I have used the same headphones with my phone Bluetooth and they work fine. Just wondering if this is common with fitbits i.e. just bad Bluetooth connectivity.

Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Chiponzo. Sorry for the delayed response.

I regret to hear that you are having connection quality issues listening to music. This is not a common situation, but if your phone is managing multiple Bluetooth connections simultaneously, the connection might not work properly.

I would recommend performing a restart by following these steps.
